How to Create and Submit a Project on Cadly.ai

If you’re looking to bring your designs to life through Cadly.ai, you’re in the right place! Whether you’re a seasoned designer or just getting started, our platform makes it easy to upload and submit your completed designs for manufacturing. Follow this step-by-step guide to get started.

Step 1: Access the Portal

Head over to portal.cadly.ai to begin. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll need to create one—don’t worry, we only ask for your name and email to get you started.

Step 2: Start a New Project

Once logged in, follow these steps to create your project:

  1. Navigate to "My Projects" in the left-hand menu.

  2. On the right-hand side of the page, click "Create New".

  3. In the pop-up window, select "Completed Design".

  4. Enter the required details:

    Project Title

    Category

    Short Description

    Dimensions

    Manufacturing Description

  5. Click "Create Product" to finalize your entry.

Step 3: Enhance Your Listing

Now that your project is created, you’ll see it listed under "My Projects". Click on your project to add the necessary details for submission.

Upload Product Images

Images help showcase your design, so be sure to upload at least four or more images for the best presentation. To do this:

  • Click "Edit Listing" in the "Product Listing Description and Summary" section.

  • Add high-quality images of your design.

Attach Your Source File

To move forward with manufacturing, you’ll need to upload a source file (preferably an .stl file). You can do this under the "File Manager" section.

Step 4: Submit for Manufacturer Review

Once all edits are saved, your project will automatically move to the manufacturer review stage. Our team will review your submission and reach out with any next steps.
