About the Program
The Cadly Innovation Cohort 2026 is a competitive, project-based engineering internship designed to give aspiring engineers real-world experience in product development, prototyping, and market launch. Interns work in small teams to take a product from concept to reality — collaborating directly with Cadly’s global design and manufacturing network.
What You’ll Learn
Throughout the program, engineering interns will:
- Bring real products from ideation to market launch
- Work with CAD and 3D modeling software to develop functional prototypes
- Learn Design for Manufacturing (DFM), assembly design, and production workflow
- Collaborate with makers and manufacturers worldwide through the Cadly.Ai platform
- Gain hands-on experience in product validation, cost analysis, and go-to-market strategy

The program welcomes:
- Mechanical, electrical, or software engineering students
- Makers, designers, and innovators passionate about product creation
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking real-world experience
Program Format
- Duration: 8–12 weeks (remote, flexible)
- Location: Global (online collaboration)
- Structure: Team-based projects, weekly mentorship sessions, and milestone reviews
