Full assembly excluding clamps. Was thinking about just having the top part be threaded knob’s, although I would like to figure out how to model clamps for the bottom. basically the shirt will go right after the bottom frame, and the template and top frame will be pressed down on top and tightened by the threaded knobs.

Yo thanks @amit, @trent22 i just found a research paper on that its kind of what we were talking about dispersing heat through “pucks” like what @2023popn was talking about but instead of needing to swap them it’s systematic. check it out this is cool (literally):

Are the bottom clamps like a spring clamp that snaps on and allows you to lift the top of the frame to insert the tee? I agree that a simple thumb-nut or knob would be fine for to clamp down the top frame.
